Cancellations
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, we refund 80% of the participation fee. If you cancel 29 to 15 days before the event, we refund 50%. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible from 14 days before the event. See Transfer below to switch participants for a registration.
CE hours
Will my CE hours be reported automatically?
No. Participants need to self-report their CE hours. We will share a reminder and practical instructions after the event.
Invoice
For tax reasons, we started Registration before we could begin Invoicing this year. We expect to begin on the first day of the new Quarter (APR 1). If you register after, everything will work normally. You have altread registered before, you will revieve an email and can pay / download your invoice directly from your participant dashboard.
Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days and must be paid in full before the event. As places in workshops and tours are limited, overdue unpaid registrations may be cancelled from 30 days before the event.
Program
Can the program still change?
Yes. The program is still being developed and some details may change. Speakers, session titles, timings, formats, or venues may be adjusted as needed while keeping the overall event experience intact.

Transfer of registration
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. You can nominate a substitute participant. This is free of charge as long as no invoice changes are needed. If we need to cancel, correct, or reissue invoices, we retain a 20% administrative fee. Contact us (above)
VAT
In the EU, in-person events are considered local services and national VAT must be paid. IF you have a valid Italian VAT-ID, then National Reverse Charge applies and the VAT will not be added
